Ordering

Ordering at www.fiduciabotanicals.com is customer friendly. Browse the website to make your purchase. Just select the products you want to shop, enter the quantity you desire and click on “Add to Bag”.

Please provide your shipping address and payment information. Please refer to the payment options available to you. Once you have successfully made your payment, your order will be processed online immediately and we will ship your order to you.

We only accept orders for delivery in India at present.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped on priority basis, but since these are all handcrafted products depending on real time stock availability along with calculation of transit time taken by our courier partners, your order will be delivered to you within 7-9 business days. For any urgent orders, kindly reach out to us on fiducia@geekay.co.in or via instagram - fiducia_botanicals to make special arrangements. 

We have tied up with Delhivery to give you the most hassle-free and smooth shipping experience, however in regions where Delhivery isn't available, we also ship via Xpressbees, Fedex, Ecom express and India post.

Shipping charges are Rs 60 for all prepaid orders and all orders placed of order amount above Rs 500 can avail free shipping.

Selection of prepaid/cod shipping will be available at the time of checkout. 

Payment

We accept all online payments and we also provide cash on delivery facility.

Cancellations

Kindly email us at fiducia@geekay.co.in for any cancellation requests within 24 hours of ordering. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Any address change requests after order has been shipped won't be acknowledged, kindly double check your address and your availability at said address before placing an order to make your shopping experience as hassle free as possible. 

Returns and replacements 

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, considering the hygiene of the products we don’t accept exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered.

In case of any established quality issue with the products, all you need to do is drop us an email within 24 hours of delivery of the products and we will assist you immediately.
